Sex/Gender
Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with breast cancer; 2. patients with axillary lymph node dissection; 3. aged=18 years old; 4. informed consent and volunteeing to join this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with lymphedma caused by any reason; 2. patients who can not coordinate this study because of serious disease; 3. bilateral breast caner; 4. patients took part in other intervention before; 5. patients with mental disease and dignosed accroding to DSM-V.
