A:2g intravenousTXA intraoperatively, and 0.5g intravenous TXA 6h, 12h and 18h postoperatively
B:2g intravenousTXA intraoperatively, and 1g oral TXA 4h, 10h and 16h postoperatively

5 Years to 22 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients following PHR due to CS; 2. Patients without preoperative platelet and coagulation function dysfunction; 3. Voluntarily participated in clinical trials and signed informed consent, good compliance of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of venous thromboembolism, pulmonary embolism, cerebral infarction, coronary heart disease; 2. Patients with coagulation disorders; 3. Anticoagulant drugs are being used; 4. Administration of NSAID for less than 1 weeks; 5. TXA allergy; 6. Severe liver and renal insufficiency.
