18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 1-2 teeth loss in posterior region that need for dental implants restoration, and patients' aged =18 years; (2) CBCT examination shows that the width of buccal-lingual bone in premolar area is 4-5 mm, in molar area is 4-6 mm, and the vertical bone height is more than 8 mm. TiZr implants with narrow diameter (3.3mm in premolar region, 3.3/4,1mm in molar region) can be applicated without bone grafting.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of any local or systemic diseases that might contraindicate the treatment; (2) Heavy smoking (>10 Sticks / day) and alcoholics; (3) Fasting blood glucose > 7mmol/L, or glycosylated hemoglobin > 7.5%; (4) Presence of bad oral habits such as clenching teeth and bruxism; (5) Can not be reviewed on time; (6) Refuse to participate in this clinical study.
