Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We collected 30 cases of closed ankle fracture treated in orthopedics department of our hospital, in which drilling and screw fixation were required during operation. The operative time was 6-8 hours after trauma or 7-14 days after injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with open ankle fractures and those under 14 years of age were excluded.
