Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. with a confirmed diagnosis of NYHA class II-IV HF or Killip class II-IV; 2. with clear consciousness and normal communication; 3. giving informed consent were eligible for the study; 4. admitted age 18 years of age or older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with cognitive impairment or unconsciousness; 2. with life-threatening illness that could compromise survival, such as malignant tumors.
