Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 40 IU/ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) HIV positive; 2) polycystic ovary syndrome; 3) premature failure due to ovarian surgery; 4) patients with malignant tumor or high tumor markers; 5) severe cardiac dysfunction; 6) patients or their guardians unable or unwilling to sign informed consent.
