Age
55 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 50-80 years male; 2. patients have Refractory lower urinary tract symptoms or acute urinary retention that follow BPH; 3. IPSS score is more than 15 points; 4. maximum urinary rate is less than 15ml/s; 5. the volume of prostate that detected by ultrasound before surgery is between 40 to 150 ml; 6. patients volunteered to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. people have contraindication; 2. people have received prostate or urethral surgery previously; 3. people have dysuria that have no association with BPH; 4. people reject to sign the informed consent; 5. prostate needle biopsy diagnoses as prostate cancer; 6. people have bladder neck sclerosis.
