Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy nonparous adults, aged 18-26 years; 2. Participants with informed consent and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Claustrophobia; 2. Have metal in body; 3. history of psychiatric disorder; 4. history of alcohol or other substance abuse or dependence; 5. current usage of any medication; 6. history of rhinitis or current have a cold and nasal congestion; 7. current pregnancy or menstruation.
