Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Conforms to kidney yin deficiency or kidney yang deficiency syndrome; best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) = 34 points (ETDRS visual acuity chart, equivalent to Snellen 20/200, decimal 0.1); aged 18 to 65 years old; Informed consent, volunteering to be tested.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refractive media opacity is difficult to perform fundus image evaluation; glaucoma, uveitis, diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration and optic neuropathy and other serious eye diseases; severe heart disease (chronic heart failure grading standard cardiac function III Grade or above, severe arrhythmia), abnormal liver function (AST, ALT = 2 times the upper limit of normal value) and serious diseases such as hematopoietic system, mental patients; preparation of pregnant, pregnant or lactating women; eye drops of compound tropicamide Those who are allergic to the liquid; those who have participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months.
