Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient is older than 18 years old; oral hygiene is good; there is no periodontal disease without treatment control; less than 10 cigarettes per day; no night molars, tight teething habit; no obvious systemic diseases; (2) There are no defects in the adjacent teeth and contralateral teeth of the intended planting site; (3) The patient's occlusion relationship is stable, and the coverage of the occlusion is basically normal; (4) There is no serious bone defect in the intended implantation site, and the bone growth treatment is not required before the implant is implanted; (5) soft tissue health, no acute inflammation; (6) Wearing a temporary fixation with a screw to perform gingival induction before permanent restoration; (7) The patient can guarantee a timely follow-up and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have serious heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organ diseases or severe blood, immune, endocrine (such as: uncontrollable diabetes) and other systemic diseases; 2. A history of chronic disease treatment known to affect oral environmental drugs (eg phenytoin, dihydropyridine calcium antagonists, cyclosporine, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) within 1 month prior to enrollment (= 2 weeks); 3. suffering from bone metabolic diseases (such as: osteoporosis, deformed osteitis, etc.), or within 1 month before taking the drug can significantly affect the bone metabolism of drugs or products (such as steroids, bisphosphonates); 4. 6 months before enrollment with severe smoking history (> 10 / day); 5. severe periodontal disease, and can not be effective control; 6. oral inflammation, infection can not control.
