Fentanyl Group:15-20ug/kg fentanyl is administrated intrevenously 20 to 30 minutes before the end of surgery
Oxycodone Group:0.15-0.2 mg/kg oxycodone is administrated intravenously 40-50 minutes before the end of surgery.

19 Years to 79 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient who will have elective LH w/o BSO at Peking Union Medical College Hospital from October 2018 to June 2019 are enrolled.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Aged younger than 18 years old or older than 80 years old; American Society of Anesthesiologists'(ASA) Class III and IV; allergy to oxycodone or fentanyl; history of chronic opioid usage; history of chronic abdominal pain or pelvic pain; Body mass index(BMI) larger than 30kg/m2; history of severe hepatic,renal,cardiovascular disease or epilepsy; history of congnitive dysfunction; conversion to open surgery.
