18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The first hospital affiliated to chongqing medical university is 18-60 years old, and the ASA is graded as i-ii, and patients are selected for thyroidectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index (BMI) 30 kg/m 2 or less than 18 kg/m 2; 2. Patients with a history of nausea, vomiting and dizziness; 3. Patients with cervical spondylosis and allergic to local anesthetics; 4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, senility, and cardiovascular diseases; 5. Patients with confirmed anxiety or depression; 6. Smoke.
