Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; 2. in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for hydrops of the knee established by the WTO: (1) There is swelling and pain in the joints; (2) Ultrasonic examination of joint effusion and exclusion of systemic swelling disease(Ultrasonography showed that the anechoic effusion in femur and tibia was higher than that of 0.3cm in both femur and tibia); (3) X-ray examination of widening of joint space and indication of effusion; (4) Hydrops have been extracted from previous treatments; (5) Floating patellar test positive; (6) Have been diagnosed with related diseases such as hyperosteogeny, rheumatism, rheumatoid disease, tuberculosis, trauma; 3. aged = 40 years male and female; 4. agreeing to participate in the clinical trial and sign the informed consent form voluntarily; 5. having good tolerance to the drug treatment needed in this study, without related contraindication; 6. No clinical treatment was received in the first month of the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Arthritis of the knee caused by rheumatoid arthritis, traumatic arthritis, gouty arthritis, tuberculosis or allergies; 2. Associated with infection, fracture, dislocation, ligament rupture, pigmented villonodular synovitis, hemophilic arthritis and other diseases that can cause joint pain, swelling and dysfunction; 3. With heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other important organ diseases; 4. History of substance abuse, alcohol abuse or mental illness; 5. Pregnant and lactating women and recent family planning; 6. Allergy to known ingredients and allergy constitution of the test drugs; 7. Other clinical trials were conducted during the first month of the study; 8. the researchers did not consider it appropriate to participate in this study.
