Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with invasive respiratory failure due to type II respiratory failure; 2. Aged 18 to 85 years old; 3. Conforming to the diagnostic standard of COPD in the Ministry of health's "chronic obstructive pulmonary disease diagnosis and treatment standard (2011 Edition)"; 4. Patients can take care of themselves in the past 1 year; 5. AECOPD exacerbated by bronchoalveolar infection; 6. PIC window appeared after invasive ventilation and anti infection treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent is not available; 2. There are NPPV taboos: oral and facial injuries, poor sputum sputum excretion, unstable hemodynamics, etc.; 3. Short term poor prognosis,Death within 7 days of the big risk,Palliative care is under way; 4. Severe heart, brain, liver and kidney failure; 5. Cough reflex is extremely weak or sputum weakness when PIC window appears; 6. Tracheotomy patients.
