Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ECG, Holter confirmed patients with atrial fibrillation; greater than or equal to 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Transient atrial fibrillation caused by reversible causes; 2. combined with server disease, expected survival time of less than 1 year; 3. Combined with valvular disease, moderate to severe stenosis or regurgitation of any valve.
