Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) In accordance with the diagnosis of hypertension; (2) Patients without motor system disorders; (3) Severe impairment of vital organs such as heartlessness, brain, lung, liver, kidney, etc., without cognitive dysfunction, and the ability to clearly express their subjective feelings; (4) Signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with secondary hypertension; (2) Patients 90 years of age; (3) complicated with severe heart failure, arrhythmia, unstable angina, severe liver and kidney dysfunction; (4) Pregnancy, lower limb disability or those who cannot cooperate due to various reasons;
