Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with suspected acute appendicitis (0-18 years old)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with abdominal surgery, history of cognitive delay or nerve injury, immunodeficiency disease, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, thyroid abnormalities, etc.Coagulation disorders, alcoholism, viral hepatitis history, benign intrahepatic cholestasis, Gilbert syndrome, dubin-johnson syndrome, and other biliary tract, hemolytic and liver diseases associated with hyperbilirubinemia; A history of antibiotic use for other diseases, a lack of laboratory data, or any advanced diagnostic imaging examination of the abdomen or pelvis a week before admission.
