Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Chinese aphasia will be recruited from the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University and the Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University from October 2019 to October 2021. 1. the aphasia confirmed by Aphasia Battery of Chinese; 2. Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) score = 10 points; 3. Right handedness before the stroke; 4. patients whose Native language is Mandarin; 5. patients with brain lesions by CT or MRI scan; 6. Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Exnatioamination (BADE)= 2 points; 7. patients who can sit or sit for more than 1 hour independently; 8. patients who can use the mouse with one hand and can cooperate to complete the whole processes; 9. voluntary signing of informed consent form. It is supposed to recruit 20-30 normal subjects as the normal control group. The inclusion criteria include: 1. subjects without history of brain injury; 2. normal intelligence and cognitive ability conformed by Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE); 3. subjects without aphasia; 4. no history of mental illness; 5. voluntary signing of informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with organic dysarthria, visual disturbances, hearing impairment or psychological dysfunction.
