Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Myopia children aged 8 to 13 years old; 2. spherical equivalent of less than -1.00 D and more than -5.00 D in each eye, astigmatism more than 0.75D, anisometropia more than 1.00 D, monocular best visual acuity worse than 0.8; 3. The corneal flat K value is higher than 46.00D or lower than 39.50 D and the corneal E value is higher than 0.9 or lower than 0.1 and the intraocular pressure is higher than 21 mmHg or lower than 10 mmHg; 4. The symptoms of dry eye are obvious, or the break-up time of tear film is less than 5 seconds; 5. a history of ocular disease or ocular surgery; 6. a history of orthokeratology lens wearing.

Exclusion criteria
