18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. get informed consent; 2. acute physiology and chronic health assessment (APACHE-II) score 11~30; 3. aged 18 to 90 years old, sex is not limited; 4. woman or may be pregnant should be confirmed that there is no pregnancy or non lactation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. lactating or pregnant women; 2. participated in other clinical trials within 30 days before the screening period. 3. patients with severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh grade C); 4. Patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcer bleeding, peptic ulcer/gastric ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome or other purposes requiring Esomeprazole over 40 mg for one day; 5. cannot or unwilling to provide informed consent or poor compliance.
