23 Years to 71 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Papillary microcarcinoma of thyroid gland confirmed by FNAB; (2) maximum tumor diameter = 1.0 cm, no close to the capsule (distance > 2.0 mm), no obvious abnormality of contralateral thyroid gland, no large neck lymphadenopathy or metastatic lymph nodes; (3) Ultrasound imaging has a clear needle path; (4) Patients with severe heart and lung diseases, poor general condition which cannot tolerate surgery or reject the surgery and those who are anxious about the disease for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suspicious metastatic lymph nodes were found in the neck; (2) There were large calcified lesions in the tumor; (3) The contralateral vocal cord function of the tumor was abnormal.
