18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18-80 years old; (2) preoperative ZPS score = 2 point and Karnofsky score = 70 point; (3) esophageal cancer diagnosed by preoperative ultrasonography gastroscopy, chest CT, esophageal MRI and other examinations; (4) good cardiopulmonary function evaluated to tolerate the surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) preoperative examination show that the tumor has invaded surrounding tissues, lymph nodes and important organ metastasis; (2) history of previous cervicothoracic and abdominal surgery; (3) patients who refuse to sign the informed consent.
