Interventions

The first group:30 ml 0.375% ropivacaine
The second group:0.375% ropivacaine + 0.5mg g /kg, and 30ml dexmedetomidine mixture
The third group:0.5%ropivacaine gravity solution 2~3ml

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 40-70, the American Society of Anesthesiologists (American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA) II, III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had been taking opioids for a long time before surgery, patients with puncture site infection, bleeding tendency or coagulation disorder, patients with previous puncture site trauma, surgical history, mental disorders, history of local anesthetic allergy, alcohol or mental dependence, could not correctly understand VAS score and were not suitable for CSEA patients. Or a patient who changes general anesthesia because the process of anesthesia is not smooth; Patients had history of drug dependence or inhalation, and pain medication was used recently.
