Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute hemorrhagic cerebral apoplexy admitted to ICU,after emergency craniocerebral operation,mainly included patients with acute subarachnoid hemorrhage and acute cerebral hemorrhage; 2. Aged 18 to 80 years old; 3. Expected/actual mechanical ventilation time > 48 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. It is associated with chronic pulmonary infectious diseases, such as chronic asthmatic bronchitis, COPD, bronchiectasis, and empyema; 2. The incidence of hemorrhagic stroke is over 48 hours; 3. There was obvious aspiration after the onset of stroke; 4. Obvious gastric juice samples were sucked out during intubation; 5. CT examination before emergency operation showed obvious pulmonary atelectasis or pneumonia; 6. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 7. Suffering from severe intra-oral infectious diseases; 8. The researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trial participants.
