Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged > 18 years old; Admitted to the Department of Critical Medicine and Emergency Department of Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Region, and was diagnosed as severe heatstroke according to the Diagnostic Criteria for Occupational Heatstroke of the People's Republic of China (GBZ41-2002) from October 2018 to October 2010; The onset time been within 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: congenital coagulation disorder;hematopoietic malignancy; liver cirrhosis classified as Child Pugh grade C; Patients with thrombocytopenic purpura, hypersplenism, or taking drugs that cause coagulation abnormalities or thrombocytopenia.
