Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged ? 18 years old; (2) Voluntary participation and signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There is a history of allergy to antibiotic agents; (2) Antibiotics and/or immunosuppressive agents have been used within 3 months; (3) Respiratory tract infections symptoms such as fever, cough, nasal congestion and rhinorrhea within 1 month. (4) Safety check: alanine aminotransferase or aspartate aminotransferase detection value > 2x normal value range and / or total bilirubin detection value > 1x normal value range and / or serum creatinine detection value > 1.5x normal range; (5) Safety check: auscultation of heart sound abnormalities and / or ECG shows that QTc, male > 450ms, female > 460ms; (6) Female subjects during pregnancy or lactation; (7) smoking history (less than 100 smokers in a lifetime and no smokers in the past 1 year); (8) history of liver, lung, kidney and other important organ diseases, no history of chronic diseases such as digestive system, nervous system and mental disorders; (9) history of abnormal pulmonary function test report; (10) history of infectious diseases such as HIV, hepatitis B and syphilis.
