Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selection criteria for patients with Parkinson's disease: (1) Clinically diagnosed with Parkinson's disease; (2) Age 40 or older; (3) Detailed personal information, clinical symptom information, and treatment information are available (4) Has a healthy spouse or sibling who lives together with the patient, and whose corresponding samples can be collected; (5) The patient's gender should be balanced as much as possible, That is, about 150, 150 cases for men and women, respectively; (6) If a patient have other diseases (intestinitis, dysentery, etc.) that have a great impact on the study, then this patient cannot be included until those diseases have healed. Health control group: (1) The optimal subjects are the spouses of Parkinson's patients, followed brothers and sisters living together; (2) Detailed personal information, clinical symptom information, and treatment information are available; (3) If a subject have other diseases (intestinitis, dysentery, etc.) that have a great impact on the study, then this subject cannot be included until those diseases have healed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those whose Personal information, clinical symptom information or treatment information are incomplete. (2) Those who are Suffering from other diseases (intestinitis, dysentery, etc.) that have a greater impact on the study.
