65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the patient who received colonoscopy; 2. aged 65~80 years; 3. ASA I~II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CHD and cardiac function above grade 2; 2. Pulmonary ventilation dysfunction and a history of pulmonary infection in the past 2 weeks; 3. Abnormal liver function (ALT, AST), abnormal renal function (blood creatinine, abnormal serum urea); 4. Long-term use of psychotropic drugs, analgesics and steroids; 5. Refuse to participate in the study.
