Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria for grade 1 to 2 hypertension according to Chinese guidelines for the management of hypertension (2010) ; 2. Aged 18 to 90 years old; 3. Gastrointestinal function is normal, no other systemic diseases; 4. Not use antihypertensive drug,or regular use of antihypertensive drugs for more than 2 months; 5. Patients need to live in Suzhou for more than or equal to 5 years; 6. Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hypertension; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Allergic constitution or Allergic to Chinese Medicine; 4. Antibiotics or microbiological preparations were used in the past 2 months; 5. There are serious diseases such as: heart,brain,liver,kidney,brain,hematopoietic system,etc; 6. Serious audio-visual disorders or Mental disorders; 7. Participate in other dietary therapy or other researchers; 8. Researchers believe that those who are not suitable for inclusion in this study.
