Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis was confirmed as climacteric syndrome by referring to the diagnosis basis of common diseases and evaluation standard of curative effect; 2. Age 45-55 years; 3. No chronic metabolic diseases or complications such as hypertension or diabetes; 4. Informed consent and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, complicated with endocrine diseases and mental diseases; 2. Taking hormones within 3 months; 3. Any factors considered inappropriate by the researchers.
