Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for lumbar herniation, mainly in patients with mild to moderate; 2. Aged 50 or older male and female; 3. Other treatments were discontinued during the course of the study; 4. Patients who meet the Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation with kidney deficiency deficiency type; 5. Patients who voluntarily join the trial and sign an Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lumbar protrusion and lumbar spondylolisthesis; 2. Patients who have systemic collagen immune diseases and other acute and chronic infections, and the use of glucocorticoids may affect the results of drug determination; 3. TCM dialectically excludes patients with kidney deficiency type.
