40 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) nodules were found by digital examination of rectum; (2) abnormal images of prostate revealed by ultrasound, CT and MRI examination; (3) prostate specific antigen (PSA); (4) PE 4 ~ 10 g/L, abnormal ratio of free PSA to total PSA or abnormal density value of PSA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) previous history of prostate puncture biopsy; (2) chronic prostate/pelvic pain; (3) patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or with abnormal coagulation function; (4) psychiatric history; (5) severe urinary system infection; (6) history of ulcer; (7) patients with a history of analgesic drugs 24h before operation; (8) those who cannot complete the pain scale.
