Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) onset time = 24h; 2) computed tomography angiography (CTA) / magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) / digital subtraction angiography (DSA) confirmed as acute anterior vessel proximal occlusion; 3) All patients choose trevo or solitaire retrievable stent thrombectomy device for thrombectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Computed tomography (CT) to determine intracranial hemorrhage; 2) Alberta Stroke Plan Early Diagnostic Score (ASPCTS) <6 points; 3) Not suitable for CTA/MRA/DSA; 4) Not using Trevo Stent or Solitaire, The stent is subjected to thrombectomy;
