Intervention group 1:For patients with cardiac diseases (including CABG, valvular replacement, atrioventricular repair, etc., excluding aortical-related diseases), systematic preoperative respiratory

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for primary elective cardiac surgery who had the ability to understand informed consent were eligible. Exclusion criteria were:
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Age under 50 years old; 2) visual disorder with no appropriate clinical correction with corrective lenses at the time of the tests; 3) use of immunosuppressive medication for 30 days before surgery; 4) refusal to participate the follow-up in our study; 5) surgery of bone trauma and deformation of hand joint (surgical disease affecting muscle strength and grip strength).; 6) history of stroke; 7) repeat operation.
