Case series:thoracoscopic lung cancer radical surgery with the strategy along the vagus nerve and phrenic nerve chain in systemic lymph node dissection

18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No neoadjuvant chemoradiation before surgery; 2. Planned thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer with intraoperative hihar and mediastinal lymph nodes dissection along the vagus nerve and phrenic nerve chain; 3. Intraoperatie and/or postoperative histopathology confirmed as R0 resected non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC); 4. Obtain informed consent signed by the patient or his legal representative; 5. Patients compliance is good; 6. Men or women aged 18 to 75 years old; 7. ECOG behavior status score 0~1.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have cancer other than NSCLC within five years prior to the study; 2. Known human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection; 3. With small cell lung cancer components; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Have a clear history of neurological or mental disorders, including epilepsy or dementia; 6. Other situations investigators believe that it is not suitable for enrollment.
