Sex/Gender

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) esophageal benign stricture confirmed by X-Ray or gastroscope; 2) No malignant potential via biospy; 3) Refractory benign obstruction. There was limited clinical improvement under previous multiple endoscopic dilations; 4) >2cm long for esophageal stricture region; 5) obvious esophageal dysphagia; 6) Good compliance and accept long-term followup; 7) Tolerance for medical anestesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suspicious malignant stenosis; 2. Patients refuse for trial treatment or followup; 3. coagulation dysfunction, and no history about mental illness; 4. sever complicated disease for heart and lung.
