Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. children aged from 1-3 years old; 2. mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia: patients clinically dignosis as pneumonia with the MP-IgM tilter=1:160

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. children with congenital immune abnormality; 2. children with long term use of special drugs; 3. children who refuse to take the venous blood test.
