Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy college students aged older than 18 years-old; (2) Will stay within the central urban area of Beijing over the entire study including the wash-out period; (3) BMI <30 kg/m3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Current or ever smokers; (2) A history of chronic respiratory diseases, or chronic cardiovascular diseases, or acute infections; (3) Leave Beijing during the intervention.
