Interventions

Low bilirubin group:Clinical diagnosis of acute ST elevation myocardial infarction with percutaneous coronary intervention.
Moderate bilirubin group:Clinical diagnosis of acute ST elevation myocardial infarction with percutaneous coronary intervention.
Hyperbilirubin group:Clinical diagnosis of acute ST elevation myocardial infarction with percutaneous coronary intervention.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were admitted to hospital from June 1, 2013 to April 1, 2016 were clinically diagnosed as STEMI and PCI. Inclusion criteria: (1) age greater than or equal to 18 years old; (2) definitely diagnosed as STEMI combined with emergency PCI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) iodine or iodine contrast agent allergy; (2) end-stage renal disease and renal transplantation requiring peritoneal and hemodialysis; (3) severe cardiac insufficiency and valvular disease, and hemodynamic instability; (4) clear bacterial and fungal infections, acute and chronic inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases, tumors, etc.; (5) antibiotic treatment before admission; (6) contrast test should be applied within 2 weeks before admission; (7) use of nephrotoxic drugs during hospitalization.
