18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosis of achalasia by high-resolution esophageal manometry; 2) aged from 18 to 65 years; 3) no previous achalasia treatment (endoscopic surgery or surgery).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) combined with severe coagulopathy; 2) severe cardiopulmonary and other organ diseases; 3) severe inflammation or huge ulcers in the lower esophagus or esophagogastric junction; 4) pseudo-sickness caused by masses of the cardia or adjacent organs.
