Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.a FDG PET/CT scan out of malignancy and with at least one suspicious bone lesion; 2.a histopathological confirmation of the bone lesion; 3.the time interval between the FDG PET/CT and the histopathological confirmation within 1 month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.any anti-tumor therapy between PET/CT and histopathological confirmation; 2.the repeated PET/CT scans by the same patient.
