Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure at heart rehabilitation center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Relative contraindications for acute myocardial infarction, acute tachyarrhythmia, and severe aortic stenosis with pulmonary edema: uncontrolled hypertension, severe anemia, moderate aortic stenosis, and uncooperative patients.
