18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients age between 18 and 70 years and ASA status from I to III ; 2. Computed tomography(CT) or magnetic resonance image(MRI) studies showed thoracic compression evidence; 3. Patients presented obvious thoracic spinal stenosis symptoms,like pain and numbness in limbs; 4. No strict gravity center, liver, kidney and blood system and other important organ diseases; 5. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined injuries and old fractures; (2) A stroke history with residual neurological disorder; (3) Received spinal surgery or treatment before; (4) Alcohol or drug abusers; (5) Received wake-up test during decompression surgery; (6) No legal capacity or legal capacity is restricted; (7) The researchers considered it inappropriate to participate in any other circumstances of the trial.
