18 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stage 3-4 pressure injury, 18-98 years old, area 0.5cm ×0.5cm-10cm×10cm, no infection on the wound or any other complications. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes mellitus ketoacidosis, non-ketotic hyperosmolar coma, during pregnancy and lactation, hypersensitive to many drugs or allergic diseases, severe heart and lung diseases(unstable angina pectoris, cardiac insufficiency stage III-IV, acute cardiac infarction, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cor pulmonale), liver cirrhosis, Diabetic nephropathy >stage 4, PLT<100x10^9/L, ulcer caused by malignant neoplasm, psychosis, poor compliance, taking part in other clinical trials
