25 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a clear diagnosis of sepsis according to the Sepsis 3.0 guidelines, aged between 25 and 80 years. The healthy control are 25-75 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, lactation; history of chronic cancer disease; long-term use of immunosuppressive agents or hormones; blood system tumors; refused to participate in the study.
