Saline group:10ml intravenous injection of 0.9% saline when anesthesia induction

15 Years to 49 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women with infertility or pregnancy loss; 2. Aged 15-49 years old women with childbearing age; 3. ASA physical status I-II; 4. Beck-II depression score = 14 points; 5. Planned elective hysteroscopy or laparoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index >= 30kg/m2; 2. Test drug contraindications (such as severe hypertension, glaucoma, high intracranial pressure) or allergies; 3. History of illusion; 4. History of drug abuse; 5. History of other mental illnesses; 6. With obvious neurological symptoms such as dizziness, headache, blurred vision.
