18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged at least 18 years; 2. coronary atherosclerotic heart disease was diagnosed by coronary angiography; 3. patients who intend to undergo coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG); 4. signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) pregnant or lactating women; 2) patients with the following types of heart diseases: valvular disease, dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, restrictive cardiomyopathy, congenital heart disease (atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, etc.); 3) taking antibiotics or drugs or food containing probiotics within one month; 4) the patient is suffering from both tumor and severe uncontrolled internal disease or acute infection; 5) patients cannot understand the purpose of the study or disagree with the requirements of the study; 6) lack of legal capacity or limited legal capacity; 7) the researcher judged that the compliance was not good and the program could not be strictly implemented; 8) any history, as determined by the investigator, may interfere with test results or increase patient risk.
