Single aerobic exercise:Patients are asked to warm up for five minutes and then walk for 30 minutes at a pace where the elderly themselves feel relaxed and comfortable.After the exercise, the patients
Single aerobic exercise combined with tea drinking:Subjects will be asked to drink tea (half an hour after breakfast): 2g xinyang MAO tip +250ml hot water.After drinking, rest for 30 minutes, monitor
Long-term aerobic exercise:Step by step, walk at a constant speed for 3 times a week, and walk for 30min,40min,50min respectively in the first ,second third month every month.Warm up and relax for 5-1
Long-term aerobic exercise combined with tea drinking:Ask the patient to drink tea half an hour after breakfast (make tea with hot water, add 2g+250ml water/cup to xinyang maojian, no more than 3 cups

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged at least 60 years old; (2) The score of TFI is greater than or equal to 4 points; (3) Patients sign informed consent and voluntarily join the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients drink green tea frequently (more than 3 times a week for more than 3 months); (2) Patients eat food and medicine containing tea polyphenols; (3) Patients have tea contraindication, such as insomnia, anemia, neurasthenia, hyperthyroidism, peptic ulcer, etc.; (4) Patients have contraindication to exercise, such as patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, uncontrollable hypertension and dyspnea in resting state, etc.; (5) Patients have mental illness, difficulty in understanding and communication; (6) The researcher considers that it is not suitable for patients to participate in the study.
