Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy; (2) Aged 18-65 years old male and female patients; (3) Body mass index (BMI) 18.5~30 kg/m2; (4) The American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is graded I to II;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with serious history of heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and metabolic diseases; (2) A history of abnormal surgical anesthesia recovery or a history of laparoscopic surgery; (3) ECG prompt: heart rate 180 mmHg and / or diastolic blood pressure > 110 mmHg, or hypotension patients < 90 / 60 mmHg; (6) Those with neuromuscular diseases and mental illnesses; (7) Those with hemoglobin below 90g/L; (8) suspected of having abused narcotic analgesics or sedatives; (9) abnormal blood coagulation; (10) Those who are known to be allergic to emulsions and opioids; (11) Failure to cooperate with those who cannot be communicate.
