Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 65-79 years old patients undergoing orthopedic surgery; ASA I-III level; Years of education >= 9 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebrovascular dementia; 2. Disturbance of consciousness, vision or hearing impairment and can't complete cognitive questionnaire.
